BROPHY, Tom (Palmerstown Woods and formerly of Terenure and Crumlin Village, late of the Dublin Fruit Market and founding member of the Brophy Brothers Ceili Band) - August 6. 2020 (peacefully), in the loving care of the staff at Elm Green Nursing Home, Castleknock, beloved husband of Kathleen; he will be sadly missed by his children Geraldine, Olive, Colette and Thomas, his grandchildren Laura, Donna, Karen, Grahame, Simon, Joanne, Danny and Mark, his great-grandchildren Emma, Darragh, Cillian, Aoife and Alex, his daughter-in-law Karenza, sons-in-law Gerry, Joe and Gerard, his sister Maggie, sisters-in-law Noreen and Pauline, brother-in-law Tommy, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Tom had a very fulfilled life and was ever cheerful with a kind word for those he met. Always busy and engaged, he loved traditional Irish Music. He now starts his ultimate adventure in Heaven, where, united with his much loved family and friends who have already passed, he will be fully received by Our Lord Jesus Christ. May he Rest in Peace. In accordance with government guidance regarding social gathering, a private funeral for family and friends will take place on Monday at 10 o'c. in St. Agnes Church Crumlin Village which may be viewed on www.crumlinparish.ie
