HEGARTY, Stan (“Riverview”, Cloydagh, Carlow and late of Hegarty’s Shop, Staplestown Road, Carlow) - October 13, 2022, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny, in his 90th year, dearly loved husband of Geraldine and much loved father of Lorna, John, Alan, Ken and Will; Sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter, sons, brother Walter, son-in-law George, daughters-in-law Dolores, Ann and Gill, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grand children, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his sister Hazel and brothers Gordon and Noel. Reposing in R. Healy & Son Funeral Home Pollerton Castle, Carlow tomorrow (Sunday) from 3 o'c. concluding with prayers at 6 o'c. Funeral Service on Monday at 2 o'c. in St. Mary’s Church, Castlehill. Burial afterwards in Cloydagh Churchyard. Family flowers only, donation in lieu to Carlow County Hospice. “At Rest”.
