MAHER ? Séamus of Vevay Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow, formerly Ballylean, Ballon, Co. Carlow & St. Thomas’ College, Bray, Co. Wicklow. December 25th 2022, sadly passed away from Covid 19 (in his 91st year) peacefully in the loving care of all the wonderful staff at Loughlinstown Hospital, reunited with his beloved wife of 53 years Eileen (née Fitzgerald) who passed away April 22nd 2016, brother of the late Peggy & the recently deceased Dick. Remembered with love by his brother Simon, sisters Tessie O’Neill, Alice Hourihane & Maria Gillogley, sisters-in-law Sheila Maher & Breda McGowan, brothers-in-law Dan O’Neill, Pat Gillogley, Michael Fitzgerald & Frank Brady, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, neighbours & wonderful circle of friends especially Lindsay & Emer. Séamus will Rest at his home (closed coffin) on Wednesday (January 4th 2023) from 5pm until 7pm. The funeral cortège will walk from his home on Thursday morning (January 5th 2023) at 10.20am arriving for Funeral Mass at 10.30am in Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Putland Road, Bray, after which Séamus will be laid to rest with his beloved Eileen in Shanganagh Cemetery.
