He also served in Belclare, Tooreen, Mulranney and Recess. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Christina, sister-in-law Bernie, and brother-in-law Pat; deeply regretted by his brothers Martin (Limerick), John J. (Galway), Nicholas (UK) and Paul (Cork), sisters Patricia (Galway), Joan (Meath), Attracta (Wexford) and Barbara (Galway), brothers-in-law John, P.J. and Michael, sisters-in-law Annette, Maria, Dympna and Rose Marie, nieces, nephews, Archbishop Michael Neary and all the priests of the Archdiocese of Tuam, colleagues, former parishioners, neighbours, and wide circle of friends. R.I.P. Funeral Mass in St. Conleth's Church, Kilconly today (Friday) at 12.00 noon followed by burial in Ballyhaunis Cemetery.
