DESMOND (née Creavin), Peggy (Margaret) (Ard Mhuire, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway) - September 17, 2023. Peggy passed peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Much loved wife of John Desmond and mother of Brendan, Niall, John, Anne, Colm and Paul. Peggy will be sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, daughter, daughters-in-law Joan, Breíd, Fionnuala, Leonie and Mary, son in law Marty, her 17 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace Mum. Removal from her residence today Wednesday at 10:30am to St. Michael’s Church Ballinasloe for Requiem Mass at 11 o'c. Peggy will be laid to rest afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
