DULLAGHAN, Patrick, (Killiney, Co. Dublin and former County Engineer for Dun Laoghaire – Rathdown and Limerick County Councils) – June 26, 2020 suddenly, but peacefully surrounded by his loving family, beloved husband of Anna (Nancy) and dear father to Caroline, James, Joanna and Louise; very sadly missed by his wife, daughters and son, sisters Monica and Teresa (USA), sister-in-law Anne, sons-in-law Martin, William and Malachai, his adored grandchildren Alison, Gayle, Karen, Mark, Alexandra, Stephen, Victoria, Isabelle, Danielle, Chantelle and the late Harry, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and friends.
