LYDON, Padraig (PJ) (Kilmainham, Kells, Co. Meath and late of Headford, Co. Galway) - December 7, 2021 (peacefully), at his home in his 91st year surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his brother John Lydon and sisters Ann Murphy and Teresa Barrett; sadly missed by his devoted wife Kay, daughters Mairead (FitzGerald) and Dervilla (Finnegan), sons Martin, David and Enda, sister Mary Dunne (Australia), sons-in-law John and Mark, daughters-in-law, Fiona, Kathryn and Michelle, much cherished grandchildren Niamh, Molly and Denis FitzGerald, Rose, Harry and Louis Finnegan, Padraig, Hanna, Katie-Anne, Lila-May, Lilly-B, Holly, Maisie, Jimmy, Charlie, Emma and Jack Lydon, nieces, nephews and a wide circle of friends and neighbours. Rest in peace. Reposing at his residence (A82 Y2V1) today (Thursday, December 9) from 5.00 o'c. to 8.00 o'c. Removal to St. Colmcille’s Church, Kells, tomorrow (Friday, December 10) for Funeral Mass at 1.30 o'c., which may be viewed live on kellsparish.ie, with burial afterwards in St. Colmcille’s Cemetery. House strictly private on Friday.
