McGRATH, P.J. (Kilbeg, Claremorris and late of Kilmaine, Co. Mayo, retired St. Colman’s College, former President and Chairman of the Mayo GAA County Board, President of the Connaught Council and Trustee of the GAA) - March 22, 2021, after a long illness bravely borne, reunited with his baby son Cathal, in the loving care of the staff of St. Attracta’s Nursing Home, Charlestown; deeply missed by his beloved wife Phil, sons Paraic, Seán and Séamus, daughter Áine, daughters-in-law Clara, Valerie and Valerie, son-in-law Peadar and grandchildren Joseph, Naoise, Olivia, Phoebe, Soracha, Ella, Eoin and Tom; deeply regretted by his sisters, brothers, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and his many friends. Funeral leaving from his home at 2.30 o'c., via Ballyhaunis Road, Market Square and Dalton Street today (Thursday, March 25) for Funeral Mass at 3 o'c. in St. Colman’s Church, Claremorris, followed by burial afterwards in St. Colman’s Cemetery.
