DIXON, Michael, (Portacarron, Oughterard, Co. Galway) - December 27, 2020, in his 90th year, in the care of his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Nora, and much loved father of Mary (Cloran), Gerard, Tony, Eileen (O’Malley) and Noreen (O’Callaghan); sadly missed by his loving children, sisters Eileen, Anne, Margaret, Sheila and Julia and his brother Eddie, sons-in-law Colman, John and Michael, daughters-in-law Mary and Tina, 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Predeceased by his siblings Tom, Paddy Joe and Maureen and his grandson Kieran (Cloran). A private family funeral will take place for Michael at 11 o'c. tomorrow (Wednesday December 30) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oughterard with burial afterwards in Kilcummin Cemetery.
