ROONEY, Martin Arthur, aged 100 years (48 Tullybrannigan Road, Newcastle and late of Castlecoote, Co. Roscommon) - July 14, 2021 (peacefully), at home, surrounded by his loving family, dearly beloved husband of the late Alice, loving father of John, Seamus, Carolyn, Gerald, Fergus and Alicia, dearly beloved brother of Doreen (Drogheda), devoted grandfather and great-grandfather; will be sadly missed by his sorrowing family and entire family circle. His remains will leave his late residence tomorrow (Friday, July 16, 2021) at 9.15 o'c. for 10 o'c. Funeral Mass in the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption, Newcastle, Co. Down. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Bryansford. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy of his gentle soul.
