McGOVERN (Station Road, Bennettsbridge, Co. Kilkenny) - February 24, 2022 (peacefully), at his home, John, beloved husband of Eileen and much loved father of Niall; sadly missed by his wife and son, sisters Peggy and Kathleen (Canada), daughter-in-law Barbara, grandsons Ruairi and Donagh, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, friends and fellow GAA members. Rest in peace. Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, Johns Green, Kilkenny, today (Saturday) from 4.30 o'c. with Funeral Prayers at 6.00 o'c., followed by removal to St. Bennett's Church, Bennettsbridge. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 12.00 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
