CAREY, John (JP) (Artane, Dublin, late of Lyreacrompane, Co. Kerry and formerly An Garda Síochána) – July 7, 2024 (peacefully) at The Mater Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Mary, loving father of Fr. Michael, Eoin, Ciarán and Maurice. He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughters-in-law Angela, Blanaid and Sheena, grandchildren Caoilainn, Feargal, Colm, Muireann, Ríona, Sinéad and Alé, brother Bertie, sisters-in-law Vera, Eileen, Rose, Sr. Margaret and Violet, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends. Reposing at the Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand, tomorrow (Thursday, July 11) from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning (July 12) at 11 o’clock in St. John Vianney Church, Ardlea Road, Artane. Funeral thereafter to Dardistown Cemetery.
