IVORY (née Woodbyrne) , Joan (late of Goatstown and Dartry, widow of the late Thomas Henry Ivory) - February 2, 2021, aged 95, in the extraordinary love and care of the management and staff of St. John’s House, Merrion Road and previously in St. Mary’s Home, Pembroke Park. She is survived by her beloved children Christina, Susan, Bridget, Catherine, Ann Marie, Helen, Martha and Tom, her sister Bernadette, her stepdaughters Joan and Nuala, by her nieces and nephews, her sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cousins and her many friends. Predeceased by her brothers Leonard and John, sisters Miriam and baby Clare, stepsons Pearse and Paddy. Joan lived a long and eventful life. She will live long in our hearts and memories. May she rest in peace. Joan’s Funeral Mass (restricted to 10 persons) will take place today (Thursday) at 12 noon in Church of the Sacred Heart, Aughrim, followed by burial in Ballycoog Cemetery.
