TUNNEY, James (Jimmy) (Kilskyre, Kells, Meath) - June 17, 2024 (peacefully), at Our Lady’s Hospital, Navan after a short illness bravely borne. Surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his brother Paric and his parents Maisie and Anthony; Jimmy will be sadly missed by his family, brothers Sean (Anne), Gene (Teresa), sisters Brid, Marie (David Spring), Angela (Donal O'Gorman) and Paric's wife, Mary Tunney. Deeply regretted by his loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grand nephews, relatives and wide circle of friends and neighbours. May Jimmy Rest In Peace. Reposing at his home A82PR53 on Thursday 20th June from 3pm - 6pm. Removal from his home on Thursday evening on foot to St. Alphonsus Liguori Church, Kilskyre arriving at 7.30 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday at 12 Noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The family will be forever grateful to all the staff of Our Lady’s Hospital Navan for the exceptional care they showed to Jimmy and family during his time there.
