O’DOWD (née Donovan), Elizabeth (Betsy) (late of Denzille Mews and formerly St. Andrew’s Court) - July 26, 2020 (peacefully), at St. James’s Hospital, beloved wife of the late John and loving mother of the late Carol; sadly missed by her loving daughters Liz and Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings the Funeral can be attended by 50 people only.
