O'TOOLE (née Johnson) Eileen (Brickfield Drive, Crumlin, Dublin 12) - October 11, 2021 (unexpectedly), at St. James’s Hospital following a short illness, beloved wife of the recently deceased Thomas (Tucker) and loving mother of Derek and Paul; she will be very sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters-in-law Elizabeth and Paula, grandchildren Shaun, Brian, Ross, Alex and Emer, sisters Rita and Kathleen, extended family and friends.
