Limerick On March 20th 2024 (peacefully) in his 98th year, at St. John’s Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Maggie (nee Roberts) his son Eamon, grandson Colin, son-in-law Tony Lopez, brothers John, Pat and Liam, sisters Mary and Nonie. Very deeply regretted by his daughters Catherine Morrissey and Mary Lopez, son Joe Moloney, grandchildren Anthony Lopez and Nicola Lopez, Padraig Morrissey & his wife Gwen and Triona Morrissey & her partner Paul, Sarah Moloney and Rose Moloney, great granddaughter Amelia, brother Michael, son-in-law Pat Morrissey, daughter-in-law Mary, nephews, nieces, his loyal canine companion Foxey, other relatives, friends and neighbours. Reposing at Ss. Peter and Paul’s Church, Crecora, on Friday, March 22nd, from 5pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday, March 23rd, at 12pm, followed by burial in the adjoining churchyard.
