VALKENBURG, Buddy, (Quay Street, Belmullet and formerly of The Square, Belmullet, Co. Mayo) February 6, 2021 (peacefully), at the Mater Private Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his brothers Eamon and Seán and his sister, Sr. Eilis. Honourary Governor of the R.N.L.I.; He will be sadly missed by his sister Maura, nephews Peter and Stephen, sister-in-law Joan, relatives, neighbours and many friends. Remains will arrive at the Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan tomorrow (Wednesday) for Requiem Mass at 6 o'c. followed by cremation ceremony. Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Belmullet at 12 o'c. on Thursday, followed by burial of ashes in Glencastle New Cemetery.
