SHANAHAN (née Cunningham), Bridget (Bridie) (Killeedy, Ballagh, Co. Limerick and late of Kilcoora, Broadford, Co. Limerick) - August 10, 2024 peacefully in her 95th year, at her home surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her husband Jimmy, brother-in-law Con, brothers Myles, Paddy and Mike, sisters Peg (Corkery) and Mary. Sadly missed by her daughters Bridie Hennessy (Clouncagh), Eileen Broderick (Abbeyfeale), sons Jim and Michael, sons-in-law Christy and Mike, daughters-in-law Helena and Mairéad, sisters-in-law Kathleen and Mary, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, kind neighbours and friends. Reposing at Sexton's Funeral Home, Broadford today (Monday) from 6pm to 8pm. Arriving at St. Ita's Church, Ashford tomorrow (Tuesday) for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm. Burial afterwards in Killeedy Cemetery. Rest in Peace
