O'SHAUGHNESSY (née O'Loughlin), Bernadette (Bernie) 7 June, 2024 peacefully at the Galway Hospice. Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Helen and her brother Francis. Deeply loved and very sadly missed by her husband Joe, daughter Joanne and son-in-law John, sister Eileen, brother Gerald, sisters-in-law Anne, Shirley and Nora and brothers-in-law John, Michael and John, their families, relatives and friends. Reposing at ‘St. Anthony’s Room’ within the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra today (Monday,), from 5pm. Removal at 6.30 p.m. into the Church. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Bernie tomorrow (Tuesday,) at 11 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Memorial Donations (if desired) will be appreciated by the Galway Hospice. May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace
