McMAHON, Arthur (Tullamore, Co. Offaly and formerly of Limerick) - July 30, 2021 (peacefully), after a short illness, in the wonderful care of Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore, son of the late Patrick J. and Frosty McMahon of Pery Square, Limerick, brother of the late Ann (O'Donovan) and the late Helen (Moe); he will be sadly missed by his nephews and niece Derry, Donough and David (O'Donovan), Patrick, Stephanie and Knut (Moe), cousins, grandnieces, grandnephews, friends and neighbours. Special brother-in-law to Knut and the late Diarmuid, much loved step-son to the late Michael B. O'Malley and step-brother to Michael, John and David O'Malley. No flowers please. In keeping with government guidelines Arthur's Mass will take place in St. Colman's Church, Mucklagh tomorrow (Wednesday) evening at 5.45 o'c. Cremation will take place on Thursday afternoon at 2.30 o'c. in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin. Service can be viewed live on the Mount Jerome Victorian Chapel livestream. Numbers at church restricted to 50 people and cremation chapel restricted to 36 people.
