O'BRIEN (née Mellotte) (Beechpark Avenue, Castleknock and formerly of Seafield Road, Clontarf) - October 13, 2020 (peacefully), at Elm Green Nursing Home, Castleknock, Anne Patricia (Pat), beloved wife of the late Rex and dear mother of Susan, Jill, Hugh and Stephen; sadly missed by her loving daughters, sons, brother Harry, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
